§ 70.03. DISPLACED OR FALLING LOADS.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to operate or permit to be operated upon any public street or highway in the county, a vehicle or motor vehicle on which the load or contents is displaced or falling from the vehicle by wind pressure or gravity.
